About 'Domingo Pizza'

History
'Domingo Pizza' began in the Summer of 2016 as a career change from social photography into food for Richard Sunday.
With a love for cooking, Richard tested the water by selling his home-made Pizza to some facebook friends who enjoyed it so much he decided to expand from one night to the full weekend and beyond!

So why did we name it 'Domingo Pizza'?
The word 'Domingo' is Spanish for Sunday, and 'Sunday' is Richard's Business name. We wanted to include the 'Sunday' link with this project as we have done with others.
Yes we know it sounds similar to another pizza company but its unintentional, our logos and trademarks are worlds apart .. and our customers say we taste better :)

We are currently working from our private converted professional kitchen, so you won't see us with a shop-presence or restaurant just yet.
We encourage you to book in as early as possible so we can guarantee your delivery window and be super organised.
Fresh Food Ethic
Food is such a passionate, powerful and personal thing for most of us. When the Domingo brand began, we knew that we only wanted to create Pizzas of high quality, with flavoursome fresh ingredients and something to set us apart from other local pizza providers.

We make our own pizza dough fresh several times a week, we make our own pizza sauce and where we can, we use super-fresh produce and toppings to decorate our bases so that you get the best quality when we bake and deliver.

Recently we have been making our own 'Wild Garlic Butter' to use on some of our Domingo products, a seasonal plant growing locally in Tameside.
We also grow our own 'Basil' herb which we use in our pizza sauce and for topping some of our pizza and we constantly keep an eye open for ingredients to use at different times of the year to keep our menu interesting.

Many of our customers tell us that our pizza is the best they have had and tops the bigger high-street companies/brands. Please read our 'review & ratings' on our facebook page.
What makes 'Domingo' different?
We work with fresh dough, sauce and ingredients so you can taste the difference. Don't think of us as a 'fast-food' provider, but more of a club of high quality food!

We also put on 'Pizza Craft Sessions' for your children to come and have fun at the 'Domingo Kitchen'
They enjoy rolling out our dough, decorating and topping them before baking them and taking them home.
Not many businesses open their doors to public appointments but its a great activity for holidays and special treats.
Social Media
At 'Domingo' we don't just have the usual obligatory social media accounts, but accounts that are updated continually and are vibrant with content.

We publish our customers photographs and reviews in a fun way giving our pages fresh ongoing images of our food and journey.

You can message 'Domingo' via facebook and also order too, using the same 'order menu' as this website.
